Southern Conference

Vroomz is proud to have been the official housing agency for the Southern Conference Basketball Tournament since 2010. We worked to assist the conference with their future bid process in ensuring the best available hotel rates, then negotiated all final hotel contracts paying attention to each school's individual needs. We worked with each member institution in setting up their hotel booking process for the tournament whether online or by rooming list (or both). SoCon is a complex event that includes teams, athletic departments, booster and alumni organizations, cheer and band groups and many fans. We work to be an extension of our client's staff so they can focus on the many other important aspects of running a major collegiate athletic event.
