How do I make a hotel reservation?

You may either book online 24/7 at our online reservation system . You can view available hotels by following the hotel reservation links. View maps, pictures and hotel descriptions and complete the booking online with a valid credit card. For the packages (hotel, tickets and shuttle inclusive packages) visit the “Package Store” link. You may call also us toll free at 877-FAN-ROOM (877-326-7666) our offices are open 9:00am-5:00pm EST. Our rates are not available by calling the hotels directly.

How do I make a change or cancel my reservation?

You can login via our website using your confirmation number and the last four digits of the credit card you used to guarantee your reservation. You may make changes and/or cancel via the website by following the simple instructions. If it is too close to the event, you may receive a message to contact your hotel directly to cancel/change. Typically this is done within 2 weeks of each event. If you contact the hotel directly to cancel, please get a cancellation number. Remember that cancellation fees may apply, please refer to your original confirmation regarding the hotel cancel policy.

 I made a reservation and called the hotel but they don't know about me?

Because we have contracted blocks of rooms, your hotel reservation is confirmed however we do not send the reservations to the hotels until about two weeks prior to the race. Rest assured your reservation is confirmed with your hotel, and please contact us to make any changes or, if necessary, cancellations.

What credit or debit cards are accepted?

We accept Visa and MasterCard (credit and debit) as well as American Express and Discover. Please note that the card must be valid with sufficient credit available at the time the hotel may charge your deposit amount.  Declined or invalid cards may result in cancellation of your reservation.

When will my credit card be charged?

If you book a hotel room only, Vroomz.com does not charge your credit card for individual hotel reservations. We pass along your credit card information to the hotels and they may charge your card a maximum of one night's room and tax in advance (subject to their specific cancellation policy). Most hotels do not charge cards in advance, and only charge them if you 'no show' (do not cancel a confirmed reservation). Most of our hotels allow for a 72 hour cancellation, at which time your deposit becomes non-refundable. Please be sure to check your individual hotels cancellation policy as you select your hotel.

For reservations with shuttle, the credit card given at the time of your reservation will be charged for the number of shuttle tickets you indicated 30 days prior to the race event (at which time shuttle reservations are non refundable. If you purchase a package via our sister site (racepackage.com) the entire purchase is charged at the time of your order and is non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Can I get an AAA or AARP discount too?

We negotiate contracts in advance for volume purchases and guaranteed availability. As a result these are the best available rates and  further discounts are not available.

What if I need to cancel?

Please refer to your original confirmation regarding your hotel’s cancellation policy. You can login via our website using your confirmation number and last four digits of the credit card you used to guarantee your reservation.
Shuttle tickets are charged to the card given at the time of booking your hotel 30 days prior to the race and are non-refundable at that time.
Packages via racepackage.com are completely non-refundable at the time of purchase

Is my information kept private?

We hate spam as much as you do. We have a strict privacy policy which keeps your personal information only for use that is necessary for the reservations process. You may opt into our email program to receive updates, or opt out at any time.
