Your Low Rate Guarantee

Vroomz guarantees the hotel rates available on our site will be the lowest available rate anywhere including AAA and AARP. Only exception is for hotel group contracted rates or volume accounts. In the unlikely event you find a lower rate for the same hotel, dates and room type we will either match the rate, or allow you to cancel without penalty. Please simply provide us with a copy of the hotel confirmation of the lower rate you have booked, and contact our toll free number or feedback@vroomz.com
