VROOMZ processes all guest reservations online via two systems. One is our VROOMZ proprietary group reservations system, we sell group hotel inventory that we contract by working directly with hotels. The second method is via a secure integration with a worldwide travel Global Distribution System (GDS) used by nearly all major online agencies.
As a VROOMZ customer our first concern is your privacy and security of your personal data. VROOMZ operates in a fully PCI and GDPR compliant manner, and has been processing reservations since 2002.

Are there any fees charged by VROOMZ for my booking?
No, never! Many major online travel companies hide fees in the 'taxes and fees' you see when booking (and most people don't realize they are adding on to your costs!). Vroomz does not charge anything as an addition to your room rate, nor do we charge a fee for changes or cancellations. your hotel may charge you should you cancel after your booking deadline. VROOMZ makes money via being paid a commission by travel partners (at no cost to you) or through advertisements that may appear to you during your visit to our site.
How do I know I will have a hotel room when I get there?
You receive both a booking code and your hotel confirmation number from the system onscreen at the end of your booking process. An email confirmation is also generated. The hotel confirmation number is the same number you would receive if booking directly on the hotel's website. Once you receive the hotel's confirmation number you may reconfirm that at anytime by contacting your hotel directly.
I'm a loyalty club member for the hotel I booked, can I get points for my stay?
Absolutely! As long as the hotel's rate you book on our site is a loyalty rewards rate you get points based on the brand's current loyalty program.
Can I use my hotel loyalty points for my stay?
Unfortunately, all loyalty redemptions need to be done directly with your hotel brand - typically you can do this online.
When will my credit card be charged?
Each hotel and rate type may have its own policy for cancellation, changes and deposits and these are clearly shown beneath the hotel detail page as you book. VROOMZ does not charge your credit card for your hotel stay. Hotels do not typically charge your card in advance of your stay - unless you book a full prepay and/or non-refundable rate, or if your stay overlaps a very heavy demand time or special event. A valid credit or debit card is required when booking with us, and if a card is declined or invalid a reservation is subject to cancellation by the hotel. Once you have your confirmation number, should you need to update your payment method prior to arrival please contact your hotel directly.
My rate says that an ID Is required, what does that mean?
We sell rates that may require a membership in AAA (American Automobile Association), CAA (Canadian Automobile Association), AARP (American Association of Retired Persons) or Government ID required rates (if you work for a government entity and are booking their discounted rate). Hotels will typically require you to present your membership number or ID for verification at check-in to qualify for these rates.
Can I pay cash at check-in?
Most hotels require a credit or debit card as a form of payment at check-in. You may pay cash for room and tax in advance, but the hotel may still require a credit or debit card for guarantee against 'incidental' charges - such as meals in the restaurants, lounge/bar charges, room service, parking etc. Note that every hotel puts a 'hold' amount for these incidental charges at check in and this will affect your available credit/debit account balance until that hold is released (typically 2-5 days depending on your bank policies).
How do I change or cancel?
You may cancel directly on our site please click on the cancel button at the bottom of the event booking page or refer to the link in your email). You will need your booking code and email address to cancel on our site. You may also cancel directly with your hotel. For changes, you will need to contact your hotel directly or ask one of our online chat agents for assistance.
